Family Event

At the beginning of June, Trevor and I were able to go with my family through the Bountiful Temple. My brother TJ was going through for his first time and it really was a great experience to be able to be with him, for this exciting time in his life. I have been waiting for many many months for my brother to make this decision and I was so happy it was happening and that both Trevor and I were able to be there with him for this moment in his life.

Sadly this was the only picture of the night I was able to get. After the temple everyone was starving and so we were all able to go to dinner and enjoy some more time together. Needless to say, I get hungry alot quicker than I used to and so after the temple I was completely starving and convinceed everyone this was the only picture that was needed that night. Haha I am just happy were were able to get at least one picture to document this wonderful night we were able to spend with our family. It was also really nice to be able to see all of my aunts and uncles, because I feel I do not get to see alot of them very often anymore. All in all it was a great night with family!

Elder Cade Ty Jones

My little brother, Cade, got his mission call on Wednesday! It was a fun and exciting day. We both worked that day together and the entire day he was freaking out about his call. He was so nervous, yet excited and he wanted to know where he would be serving for the next 2 years.

Right before opening his call
Cade was really nervous to open his call, as you can tell in the above picture.  He was called to serve in the Scotland/Ireland mission.  He will be preaching the gospel in the english language. Cade will also be leaving on January 19th, to the England MTC.

I can't beleive my little brother is leaving on his mission. Me and Cade do alot of things together and have for our entire lives. He is one my best friends and I will be so sad the day he leaves for 2 whole years. However, I am so proud and happy of the decision he has made to go and serve the Lord and preach the gospel. I know he will be an amazing missionary and will love every single second of it.  I also know that 2 years will go by very quickly. Congrats Cade!!
